If you’re new to vinyasa flow yoga expect a dynamic class which combines flowing sequences with held postures guided by the breath. Our focus is on teaching the body to work more efficiently though constant attention to our foundations, alignment and breath. Suitable for beginners and intermediates alike, this is a wonderful introduction to vinyasa flow yoga that will leave you restored and ready to face the week ahead. All you need is your mat.
