Welcome back to the Old Fire Station

Welcome back to the Old Fire Station! We’ve made some changes to your theatregoing experience, to adhere to social distancing and minimise risk for artists, staff and audiences.

If you need to isolate, just let us know and we will refund your ticket.

Tickets are available online up to 1 hour before the performance. You won’t be able to buy tickets on the door.

Seeing a show

Watch our short video for everything you need to know – or scroll down to read.

When you book, you’ll be given an arrival time-slot. Please arrive at your allocated time to help us avoid crowding. If you’re meeting others from your bubble, please wait for them outside.

When you arrive, you can buy drinks from our bar, and use our toilets which are regularly cleaned.

Hand sanitizer is available across the building. Please use it regularly.

Please have your e-ticket ready to show the usher on your smartphone, and a contactless card to pay for drinks. We no longer accept cash at the box office or bar.

You must wear a mask, unless you’re exempt for medical reasons. But don’t worry – you can take it off to drink.

During the show, the internal doors to the theatre will be open for ventilation, and you can leave and re-enter the theatre at any time to go to the toilet or buy a drink.

At the end of the show, we’ll ask you to leave row by row.

If you have any questions, please do get in touch: tickets@oldfirestation.org.uk or 01865 263990.
