Moez was born in Mauritius, and was inspired to come and live in Oxford from an early age. He has lived in the city since 2012, and developed his artistic style in art classes run by Crisis Skylight.

His art looks at the unchanging skyline of Oxford, which remains static as the people in the city – dwellers, tourists, students, artists and homeless people – are always changing.
