In 2017, OFS embarked on its first Storytelling evaluation: Looking for Change. A group of staff, volunteers, Crisis members (people with experience of homelessness), and artists were trained in story collecting and went on to collect the stories of fifteen people involved in different ways in the organisation – Crisis members, volunteers, artists, trustees. We then brought a range of staff and volunteers together with other partners to discuss what could be learned from the stories.
This was our first use of the Storytelling Evaluation Methodology to evaluate the Old Fire Station’s work.
