Access Scheme

Our Access Scheme has been designed with the needs of our audience in mind, helping to ensure smooth access to our building.

We hope everyone feels welcome at the Old Fire Station. We are always working to make our venue more friendly and accessible.

Joining our Access Scheme will help us ensure we can provide the best possible experience for you when visiting our building, provide access to our free Companion Tickets and enable you to checkout quickly and easily without entering your details each time. How do I join?

Alternatively you, or a carer, can call us on 01865263990, Tuesday to Saturday 10am-4pm.

Our Box Office team will get in touch to confirm your membership in the scheme and collect any further details needed.

How does the scheme work?

Once you are added to our Access Scheme, your access requirements will be saved to our Box Office system, this will mean that every time you book a ticket with us your access requirements will be sent to our Front of House team, ensuring they know anything you may need to make your visit more comfortable.

If you have an account on our website, you will also be able to book any specific access tickets, such as Companion Tickets, online. Previously this was only available over the phone.

Does this change how I book a ticket?

You can still book a ticket in the same way as you have before, and we are not removing or limiting anything. However, this scheme gives you the option to skip providing details each time you book, and allows online access to our companion tickets.

Am I eligible?

We do not ask anyone to prove their need for specific access requirements.
