By bus

Oxford town centre is well-served by buses. We’re less than 10 minutes’ walk from any bus stop in the town centre – and many of Oxford’s Park & Ride buses stop very close to OFS on George Street. Take a look at the Oxford Bus Company website to plan your journey.

By bike

By train

The Old Fire Station is an 8-10 minute walk from Oxford rail station.

By car

Oxford is not a particularly car-friendly city. There are plenty of car parks in Oxford, but congestion can be high and Oxford’s traffc filters mean that accessing the city centre by car can be complicated.

If you are driving to OFS, we recommend approaching Oxford via Botley Road and continuing along Park End Street. However, parking in the city centre can be limited and busy, so where possible we recommend using the Park & Ride or travelling by another form of transport.

For Blue Badge holders, there are a number of disabled parking spaces on New Inn Hall Street, as well as accessible parking at the local NCP car park.
