Actor/playwright

Abi is an Oxford-based actor who trained at the Oxford School of Drama. Since graduating, she has performed at the Royal Court, the Stephen Joseph Theatre in Scarborough, the Salisbury Playhouse, the Derby Theatre, the Finborough, the 503, the Dukes Theatre in Lancaster, the Theatre Royal in Bury St. Edmunds, and the York Theatre Royal.

Her credits closer to home include: Miranda in ‘Before The Tempest’ at the Old Fire Station (directed by Lizzy McBain), Gerda in ‘The Snow Queen’ at the Pegasus Theatre (directed by Jonathan Lloyd), Chelsea in ‘Flat 73’ with Oxford-based company Human Story and numerous roles in readings at Ruskin College and the Oxford Playhouse, directed by John Retallack, Renata Allen, Kevin Tomlinson, Lizzy McBain and Lucy Maycock. Abi also tours regularly with KEPOW! Theatre Company performing improvised comedy theatre shows alongside Kevin Tomlinson.

Most recently, Abi wrote and performed in new play ‘Dangling’ at the 2016 Offbeat Festival. This play is currently being developed with support from the Old Fire Station.
