Anne-Marie Cockburn brings over 15 years of experience leading and co-facilitating writing-led wellbeing sessions. From the moment she was able to pick up a pencil, writing became her way to navigate difficult moments in life. She describes it as her “fourth emergency service” and loves the simplicity and power that putting words on a page can bring.
