The three photographers platformed in this exhibition are Jenny Lewis, Heather Agyepong and Lydia Goldblatt – each of whom turns the camera inward to explore the shifting terrain of selfhood, memory and interior life.
Photo Oxford festival – Oxford’s biennial photo festival, now in its fifth year. This year the theme of the festival is ‘Truth’ focusing on exploring what this increasingly loaded word means within the context of photography.
The festival runs from Saturday 25 – Sunday 16 November across a variety of different arts spaces in Oxford.
You are invited to join us for an informal talk in the OFS Gallery on Saturday 25 October at midday. The Photo Oxford Director (Katy Barron) will be in conversation with two of the exhibiting Artists (Jenny Lewis & Lydia Goldblatt). This is a free event and will be first-come-first-served. If you are interested in gaining some insight into the works, this will be a brilliant opportunity to do so.
