Tom Foley is an untrained, mixed media artist from Oxfordshire, creating work through a wide range of styles, from illustration to abstract. Taking influence from the likes of Keith Haring, Jean-Michel Basquiat and Yayoi Kusama he addresses his relationship with the world around him and everything in it, through striking illustrations, manic collages and surreal imagery.
