Adam Hess – My Grandad has a Fringe
Adam ‘the laughter’ Hess is back with a show that he desperately hopes is his best yet. Just an hour of cool stand up by a guy who currently knows he’s allergic to something but isn’t sure what. He’s been on Tonight at the Palladium, Stand Up Central, Live From The BBC if that helps convince you.
★★★★ ‘For good quality gags per minute, there is no better comedian’ – The Independent
★★★★ ‘Relentlessly entertaining, full of beautiful imagery’ – Time Out
★★★★1/2 ‘One of the most out and out hilarious shows on the fringe’ – Chortle
★★★★ ‘I’ve seen few shows that are funnier’ – The Times
Glenn Moore – Love Don’t Live Here Glenny Moore
Edinburgh Comedy Award 2018 nominee Glenn Moore (Mock the Week, Absolute Radio and Stand Up Central) presents a work-in-progress new show full of the distinctive jokes and offbeat gags we’ve come to accept.
★★★★ “The best showcase of pure joke-writing skill on the Fringe” – The Guardian
★★★★ “A prolific writer of clever, distinctive gags. Brilliantly original punchlines” – Chortle
★★★★ “This is a comedian putting others to shame. A stunningly well-crafted show” – The List
This is a part of the Oxford Festival Fringe Preview Comedy Festival, a month-long comedy festival taking place all over Oxford during July. Find more shows at oxfordcomedyfestival.co.uk.
